we already know a fully loaded Limited 2021 F150 will be 79K. So it’s safe to assume the new Raptor will easily get into 80K territory and that’s without the ADM. but you know what? They will sell the hell out of it. Just like they do now.
The current raptor starts at $58k while the 2020 150 lariat was mid to high $60k’s with the 2020 150 limited deep into the $70k’s. I’m assuming the G3 Raptor crew will start at $60k and change.

People that buy these kind of trucks , for the most part aren’t too concerned about money. We’ll see about the discounts but I don’t think we’ll anything in the first 1-2 years. This truck is super hot and only has 1 main competitor.
70- 100k vehicles are still purchased by people who are conscious about their spending. We’re not talking 150k+ rides here. In my area at least raptors are a dime a dozen and I bet the TRX will fall into that as well

Never said they would allow the TRX to dominate, just that they won’t go for the HP title. I believe 500hp is all we can hope for from Ford on the next raptor. They are all in on the Eco line. Let’s not forget, it’s not just dropping in a new engine. The rest of the drivetrains needs to be addressed at well. That’s one of the most overlooked aspects of FCA’s application of the Hellcat/ZF combo. It’s an extremely flexible offering with lots of scale.

Like I said, everyone knows that FCA has a 800hp capable engine ready to go if needed. Competitors will need to be prepared to go to at least that. If someone tries to counter them with a 725-750 offering, Ram will fire back with a 800hp mic drop.

the rumor mill has already started with us to expect a TRX red eye type variant of Ford drops a limited run with the GT500 power train. For Ram that would likely mean minor changes at best like you said where Ford really has to do much more to prep the raptor for that set up.

I predict discounts and special editions starting 2022

2022 will have a 800hp edition. Im calling it right now. As soon as sales slow they are gonna turn the wick up like the do on the Hellcats

Im betting 2022 just to keep Ford on their toes
