You tell that person in the mirror to never forget the struggles they endured to get to where they are. That person knows that reaching the goal was the easy part but keeping it is the real work.
You tell that person in the mirror that they will help others as they succeed because others helped them to get to where they are.

I don't need to do that because my parents taught me this growing up. I don't need to stare at myself in a mirror with low self esteem and doubt because it was addressed in me as a child.

Sure, we all have our off days but that's when you fall back on instilled morals and values. I don't need you to tell me to do anything.
