H1 was $115k 20 years ago. G550 is $150k.Awesome ev with an "awesome" price $112,000. Saw the commercial between innings. Impressive.
Only thing I can say is it's better than the Cyber truck

Kind of my thinking as well. Overall, I like the design. 1000hp. 11,500 lb. ft. of torque and 0-60 in about 3 seconds. But that price for an EV "truck" definitely puts it beyond the reach of the majority. Maybe in a couple of years a used Hummer might be affordable. Assuming the long term reliability and maintenance costs are reasonable.I think it's cool but that price tag is going to keep it away from the average buyer.
Ok explain to a luddite like me how you get 11,500 ftlbs of torque. Most ev's have impressive horsepower and I know the torque is instantaneous but no one is even close to that incredible amount of torque. Are they measuring it differently?
