Sure. Unless I somehow ask to take on your adversity, it is yours and yours alone and although that might sound terribly blunt, it is true. Showing sympathy and understanding doesn't make it any less true either. Reality is reality. Having a child with extreme issues means your life will not be as normal as you want and it also means you can't do whatever you want, whenever you want and however you want. Far too many parents seem to place their individual wants ahead of all else. The desire of going to a restaurant should be far outweighed by the welfare of your child and to a lesser extent the consideration of others should be pertinent as well.

Lmao once again.

You don’t know what the kid needs, or the parents.

So sorry you were inconvenienced.

Good luck if anything happens to you. Or how bout when you’re old and are slow at the grocery store. How dare you inconvenience people.

As someone already mentioned, pass your comments on to your friends. That’s who needs to hear your bitching anyway, right?

Are you going to sit here and tell me your life doesn't change when you have kids and that you can do what you want when you want? Unfortunately that's not how parenting works. As a matter of fact, life doesn't work that way. The manner in which you are presenting your opinion makes it seem as if you believe the contrary. Knowingly and willingly acting irresponsibly is a problem especially as parents and having children doesn't mean you can negatively effect others just because.

Edit: Whether it is a sick child, a loud child, a rambunctious child, etc..., you don't get to pull a card absolving you of responsibility.

Ok pal, next time I hear a kid crying, I’m going to bury my face in my hands like you did.

Ya, I get the consideration part. Inconsiderate people are actually a pet peeve of mine.

But if I saw a grown man bury his face in his hands like you did, Id call it like I see it.

Maybe your behavior was inconsiderate to others. Ever consider that? You obviously made such a scene your wife had to check your diaper.

And let’s remember, you’re having a fit over your friends struggling with their handicapped kid. Bravo!

No no. A crying kid is one thing. A crying kid whose parents aren't doing a thing to calm or attend to the kid is another. Next time you are on a plane or in a restaurant booth and lil tommy is kicking your seat and mommy seems not to care, remember to encourage it. Next time you sit in a movie theater and a kid is crying yet mom or dad won't take the kid out because they are overly concerned with the film, smile because you think it is fine. Next time an ill child is taken out in our current climate, don't ask yourself what could possibly go wrong. Above all else, continue encouraging irresponsibility and inconsideration because hey, don't consider others, right?

Cliff notes:

OP is butt hurt that parents with a special needs child don’t keep said child locked away and instead try to maintain some normalcy for themselves and their child.

It also seems as if somebody’s wife may have a special needs man-child that she should keep locked away.

Thank god you were able to compose yourself without beating up everyone in the restaurant!! You deserve a medal bro. Still trying to figure out what enraged you? The mentally handicapped child? The smell of the vomit? The fact they didn’t pack up and leave immediately when the child retched? The fact they were taking their child out in public instead of keeping her in seclusion?

Oh, it was the emergency surgery and your perceived negligence on their part for taking the child to dinner so soon. Where did you get your medical degree again? People go out in public all the time after minor procedures, which is what it sounds like she had.

Hoping you don’t actually have kids.

I actually remember a thread from a while back where a Dodge charger crashed, full of 17ish year old kids (stolen from parents) and OP actually said everyone in the car deserved to die..

I will also add plenty of drunk golfers get sick without surgery the day before. Should all golfers stay home or should all golfers not be allowed to drink?

The Hogan kid or, never mind that was a viper.
No, it was random people, I believe the story was a 15-17 year old stole his parents newer dodge charger, had 3 friends in the car, got into a cop chase which led to the kid crashing and I believe dying. I don't remember the outcome of the 3 friends though.

Anyway, it was a long ass thread and OP said that the others deserved to die because they knew what they were getting in to.

It was ****ed up
