All I find these days is this new one
allfordregistry.com (registered through Godaddy)

Advertised "official Ford Motor Company approved SVT Registry."

I'll pass on adding a log in account as the open end of the pages leaves a lot to be desired

Thanks, the old site had a running history of the 93, 95 and 2000 R's along with history of owners, ebay sales, etc
