That def didn't have much life left in it. Also, a timing belt is why I have no interest in the 3.0L Powerstroke.

IN the pics, the belt looks relatively exposed though? Like it would be somewhat easy to access. What does Ford say the life span is on it?

Ford only brought this engine from overseas just to say they had a diesel option like ram, theres not much effort in it. I have only see one on the road. It would be cool to get but with all the sensors on top of emissions, just not worth it

The good thing about Ford is they are designed to make lifting the cab easy. Someone with experience can usually do it in an hour. After that, the work is much easier.
Yeah I remember talking to a guy some years back who owned a diesel shop, he said the 6.4 trucks were sort of an eye opener at how nice it was to work on an engine once the cab was off. After that they started pulling cabs on all sorts of trucks depending on how much work was needed.

Looks like the same color as my 18. Is yours Magma Red?

Yep, magma red. Tuned on e85. Puts down right at 650whp. Could take it up to 700ish but the fuel system starts running out of steam.

A whole lot of other supporting mods but it’s a lot of fun.

They’d fit but you wouldn’t likely be able to turn even close to full lock. I have a leveling kit on my ‘13 with 275/65/18 which is a 32” tire and it’s close. Those tires you mention are 34” tall
