J2Fab flowmod/customer service help needed

there is a new YouTube vid of him cutting a couple cores open and it's sad... I feel like a big company (bell) just screwed him over on his orders of cores... he doesn't seem very happy about it. not trying to defend him but I think he is doing his best to make things right. lets see if he follows through anyone else getting their bricks replaced that were faulty?

I don't know about you guys but I like to support my fellow veterans especially small businesses... I had the opportunity to speak to Justin on FB and ask some questions about the cores and what the status was on them. He is taking orders but only a few at a time for them because they are backed up with fixing the returns. He stated that they settled with Bell and that they reached an agreement to fix the issues and are not reusing the old cores that are being returned. He also stated he has sent emails and has posted on FB and his website as well that if you have a faulty core to return them using the address provided and that shipment costs are covered by J2. just speaking with him for a while he seems really down to earth and i was very surprised that he took the time on a weekend to speak with me. I've never had any owner from a company actually contact me and and talk to me like i was a friend. I am giving him a chance and hopefully he can make things right with you guys who have ordered his intercooler and flowmod. Ill send pics once mine has arrived and keep you guys updated on what core temps and and water temps I am getting once installed.

I have a few things from Justin and have ordered multiple times. I'm very happy with the product, he us hit or miss on the service side though. Sometimes it like stated above and soneti.es no line if communication works. I get that he busy and can't answer ever call and email so I just let it go. Hopefully he gets all this figured out.
