Watch or don’t watch the video... it’s all good. Question though, for those with an aversion to videos, why would you click a thread in the video section with a title that clearly states “video?”
I don't own a 2000 R, nor do I have to worry about annual inspections (BAMA ROCKS!) so I did not watch.

OP deserves some credit. I mean he didn't even milk it to 10 minutes for extra ad revenue, or title it really clickbait-y like "OMG MY ULTRA RARE 2000 COBRA R DIDN'T PASS INSPECTION BECAUSE OF THIS???" with a thumbnail of him making a shocked face. And don't forget to like and subscribe, you can use his vendor code for Rock Auto, they have all the parts you ever need.

It is pretty clickbait-y though. Drawing people in to find out why you didn't pass inspection on a stock car, and turning "changed batteries" into a 6 minute video.
"Hey guys, I pulled the battery on my R to start another car and then went to smog it. I forgot that I need to drive it around a little first so it ended up failing inspection, boy I feel dumb lol."
See how easy that was? It takes anyone with more than a third grade education about 10 seconds to read and comprehend those sentences.

This is the perfect example of the youtube car community. Its also why I stopped following so many YouTubers. I don’t have time to watch a 10 min video with 8 mins filled with bullshit no one cares about.
Side note: I didn’t watch gooses video but i do sometimes if it’s something interesting.

It's not an aversion to videos. It's a 6 minute for something that doesn't need to be 6 minutes. That's a common reason for failure. I was hoping for something good.
