In this video, I share the tranny damage that happened to my brand new car with only 10 delivery miles on it from an incident when I dropped it off for paint protection film and ceramic coating. This occurred before I got a chance to drive the car. After a thousand dollars in repairs, the car is all good again!

Man that’s terrible to happen to such a new car. Good on the shop for being so stand up and getting it fixed no questions asked. Glad it’s all taken care of and fixed! Beautiful machine.

I still can’t believe the $50 qt/$400 fill cost.
Nice vid and good to hear it’s resolved.

Yes! I thought that was crazy also.

Enjoy your content Tim.
Thank you sir!

That was a lot cheaper than I anticipated for sure.
I’ve heard that the transmissions cost $20k in this car. Yes, it could have been far more expensive of an issue, but for just to replace the pan and to refill with fluid, I thought $1k was steep.

No way that ford dealer charges $50.00 per hour labor... The labor charge for that vehicle @ 6hrs should've been $780.00

Goose you are a stand up guy! It can be very difficult to separate emotion when dealing with a brand new $100K plus car. Always good to hear the shop took care of it. Expensive tuition for them.

I'm with you guys on how Tim handled the situation. I grew up watching my Dad get irate with car shops or dealerships over the most minor of things. Of course the shops treated him well being he was the customer, but I never understood why he had to be so aggressive towards those people.

I vowed never to be like that. Yes, if a business is trying to rip you off or take advantage of you rip them a new one, but if a mistake was made and the shop tries to make it right, why get upset and act like an @$$?
