I know that the IAT2 sensor wiring question has been asked a million times, and I have just spent an hour searching through threads, found a bunch from Venom 01, but all links are dead.

Can someone just let me know which pins I need to connect my 2 wires from my stock 2001 IAT sensor to, in the 4 pin connector to the IAT2 on the base plate of the Cobra Supercharger?

I'll eliminate the original IAT location in the CAI tube, and extend the harness to reach the drivers side of the supercharger, just need to determine which two pins to connect these two wires to.

Also, on my 2001, there is a MAP sensor that mounted to the back of the intake lid, is that just unplugged and not used anymore, or do I leave the sensor plugged in and just tuck the sensor away?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I can't answer the IAT2 question. Have you looked up 03/04 wiring diagrams? Those should tell you which pins are which.

That's not a MAP sensor. It's a DPFE sensor for the EGR valve. I'm guessing your EGR is off/deleted since its unplugged and you don't have a CEL.

Ok. So the sensor bolted to the back of the 01 manifold lid is the DPFE sensor? If so, that’s awesome, as I’ve eliminated the EGR. I just figured since it had a big vacuum line it was a MAP/Baro sensor.

From a quick search it looks like 01 cobras don't have the integrated iat in the maf..

Correct, thats the reason I was asking. For Mach owners doing this swap, you can just clip one wire from each end of the plug that plugs into the MAF, and redirect those to the IAT/IAT2 locations. I spoke with another person that has done this, and they said to run the IAT sensor wires to the two pins closest to the SC housing (see attached pic). I don't think the wires are polarity specific, so it sounds like the grey wire, and the grey/red wire can be connected to either pin on the IAT2 sensor, and it should work either way (I think).

Those lines go down to the EGR tube. If you've turned it I would pull everything out. But don't toss the EGR tube. I've seen people asking for those.
