I just put my trunk back together with some new stuff from LMR . I have no spare tire or jack and don't plan on putting them back. Putting bags in the trunk will bend the tire cover and I wanted to know what anyone could recommend to put for support under it that won't move? I didn't want just a box or anything in there.

You could cut a piece of 1/4 plywood or something similar in the same shape as the tire cover.

Yea I suppose I could fashion up something like that. I didn't know if there was something already made guys were having success with if they're not running a spare tire or anything in the well.

I put a empty washer fluid jug under it.
Not a bad idea! Lying down, is it the actual height to the board itself? Or is there still a bit of play if you put something on it? I currently don't have any empty bottles to try right now lol.

The foam one sounds good as well. I'll have to measure the inside of the well and see if I can find a piece of hard foam and trim it to my liking.
