I feel like I would drive the 350 more because of the comfort level. I have loved every terminator and always wanted a CO, but then found the history and was a little turned off, and as hard as it is to find a CO terminator I started looking at 350s for the change. Not real sure what to do.

I got to drive my buddies gt350. It is a sweet car. But like he said, it likes rpms and he misses the low end torque, especially driving around town.

I would NOT sell my cobra for one.

I love my 03 Cobra but a brand new GT350 would be hard to pass up. As far as low end torque, that's easy.... throw Gen 3 Whipple 3.0 on it. With the '19 and newer GT350's you get the Voodoo engine with the new block that was taken from the GT500 program. Better I beam rods than previous years as well and forged CS and OP gears! That motor is capable of 12 psi of sustained boost. That's coming from a Ford engineer!
That's exactly what I'm going to be getting too! A black '19+ GT350. I'm keeping my black '03 Cobra too though.
I wish I was ready to pull the trigger on one right now, I'd jump all over the one you're looking at if you were to pass on it.

I might be swayed towards the 350 myself as I get older. I drove my 03 to work the other day, and it's nothing like driving my 18 150 pickup. I kinda like some of the nannies that the new stuff has. Cobra is louder and faster, but the brakes on my truck are better, so is the electric steering.

It’s extremely hard to touch the value on the Cobra. You get so much for a fraction of the 350. Like I said I have owned both. Not willing to part with the cobra so easily if ever. Too much room to grow into it even at my current hp level @ 701rwhp @ only 17psi.

As mentioned above you cant beat the low end torque of the cobra, I didn't drive mine as a daily so the tech stuff I really wouldn't miss and truth be told I like less tech now a days.

In CA a new 350 will cost you 80k plus 13% HST in Ontario so here at least the price ain't even close to even consider

Well you have owned quite a few cobras and sold a few cobras as well. Did you not like the prior ones? Doesn't seem like you were satisfied before with the cobra...why not try something new worse come to worse you sell it.

I'm like the rest of people have a ton of money in my cobra and I couldn't sell it. it's to sentimental

For that deal I would t even think twice about the 350. After the warranty, Whipple it and have a modern Halo car that keeps up with 99% of the cars out there. As long as you PPF the whole car, the black should look great for a while. Good luck.

I recently took my Cobra to a local ford dealer for a sticker ( Just bought it in August ) and as soon as I pulled into the bay area it was swarmed by tech's asking about it and showing me their Mustangs they had.

GT 350.

Sold my '01 Cobra/'01 Bullitt this spring to buy a '20 GT w/PP, Magne-Ride, Active Axhaust. I know it's not a GT 350, but SOB, this GT is a blast to drive. I love it.

I’d agree with the others... if you have had 4 cobras, and sold them, sounds like it’s time to move on.

At that price point, personally I would save more and get a low mile 17/18 350R...they are fantastic.

many saying they are underpowered have never likely driven one. They lack tq.....but I find it very satisfying to wind out 1st/2nd/3rd gear. It doesn’t get old

I love the 03-04. Looks wise it’s timeless, torque is incredible, supercharger whine is fantastic.

but taking nostalgia out of it, it really is hard to drive a car almost 20 years old once you have stepped up to the new platform.

With that said all of my Terminators are sold and I don’t think I will look back.

Owning four Cobra’s, go with the GT 350. Sounds like you’ve been eating the same type of cereal for a few years now, time to try something different.

GT350 > 03 04 cobra. Throw a whipple on it and the cobra is over. Heck, I will take 10 speed coyote over an 03 cobra. I know the cobra is limited, I know the history of the car I get it. Better ride, better motor, better supercharger kits than the 03 cobras, its a combination of things that make the newer mustangs better. coyotes are trapping 170+mph with a twnscrew. Easier to make power. The terminator wont touch that. shots fired! lol. damn I am anti terminator now lol. maybe its time to sell!
