Anyone ever experience this? My driver side window was stuck in the low position, so i took my door panel off and found this laying in the bottom of my door lol. It’s the most forward window support that is glued to the glass and also has a nub that rides in the track . I cleaned all the glue out with a grinder, then re-siliconed it to the glass and greased the track. Also replaced the motor while i was in there.

@Nervouswreck lives in PA, but a hot climate should not be the culprit here. Silicone sealer does not melt. It will, though, start to decompose when temperatures exceed 200 degrees where it starts to lose its mechanical properties and becomes brittle.

Never happened to me (yet). However my driver side window does get stuck UP sometimes. Sometimes slamming the door helps. Other times it mysteriously fixes itself after a few hours.

Happened to me last year. I tried to get it working on my own but the new silicone/adhesive wasn't sticking so a local glass guy took care of it for me. Works like a charm now.

I've had 4 sn95 and they all would freeze up if I didn't use them for a while. Thought I would have to replace motor and then just start working again.
