Tonight it will be quarter pound Hebrew National hot dogs with diced onion, mustard and some sauerkraut. Many don't like sauerkraut but I enjoy it from time to time.

After being gone for days camping and not really roughing it. We came home and the hippie child wife is preparing white privilege homegrown fruits and veggies for dinner. To include a 20 inch fried zucchini as the main and cucumber salad, tomato on English muffins. Cantaloupe, grapes and cooked apples.

The wife picks up our Wagyu steer on Monday, to be processed. It will hang for 3 weeks. We still have beef in the freezer from last year. I will share pics.
