Does anyone know if these badges are either still available or if there is a supply of NOS badges? I'm getting the Cobra repainted soon, and I doubt the factory badge will survive being removed.

If you locate one let us know. When I had the 98 repainted I looked for over 8 months and finally gave up and used the 01-04 badge posted above. It still bothers me as the original style looked much better IMHO.

OOPS... had to go and look at the badge on my car and ...you're right! The '94-'98 badge is much better looking. I didn't realize the difference.
Hope you can locate the correct year badge ViciousBlack97

99 badge says "SVT Cobra"
I think they are still made.

You could go that route.

I didn’t know they stopped making these. I bought one back in the day to replace mine and never did. Still have it around somewhere. This sn95 stuff is getting hard to find

Same with me. I picked one up when I put a 94 trunk lid on my 96 but ended up liking the way it looked without the badge. Now I don't know where the thing is.

Thanks for all of the help everyone. Who says forums are dead! I'll definitely post up an after shot of the car, right now I'm doing the dance of trying to find the right shop for the right price. I've already been quoted 8500 from one shop for the factory black, so we'll see where we go from here!

So the badge came in today, and I have to say: it's a perfect match! I never knew the SVT badge was supposed to be this bright, but that's probably a testament to how beat up mine was!

I got a 99+ "SVT COBRA" badge as part of a bundle of OEM stuff I got at a good price. Thought about using it even though it wasnt OEM until it showed up. Thing is friggin HUGE compared to the stock badge.

Jim@PPI rocks...

I’ve always bought hard to find Fox and Cobra parts from him over the years. He’s very good to deal with, prices are fair for hard to find parts, Customer service is excellent and if he doesn’t have a part he’ll point you in the right direction to another site or vendor who might.

Small update one year later: finally got the drop off date. September 1st it gets put under the knife, and I'll finally get to stop looking at the sun baked and flaking clear coat. I'll take a pic before we deliver to the shop, and make sure to have an after! Maybe even some in progress shots of it all pulled apart. I'm going to be so happy to have this car look the same way it runs; AKA, perfect!
