It’s not like the show promoted bad police officers. I found it entertaining and my mother in law would watch the marathons.
That's exactly why they cancelled it; it showed that the majority of LEOs are good people just trying to do a job and keep people safe

...and we can't have that

Yep. It was common to see the cops going out of their way to HELP people. IMO it was doing a great job promoting positive police/community relations. AND helping to further reduce radian. On black and white. In one episode, a black child was missing and a search was underway. A white female cop found the child and was visibly emotionally impacted as she held the child. There were countless other positive situations. Plus the Live PD Nation was responsible for catching many felons wanted for murder, assault, robbery, abuse, etc. The thugs out there are very happy the show was cancelled. So much good thrown away JUST to bow to BLM and be PC.

I can only picture the board room at A&E. Those smug douchebags probably thought cancelling the show was a great idea at the time. They probably didn't realize the backlash that resulted. Your average person who actually likes this country is taking note of all the protests, violence, anarchy and corporations submitting to the mob.

Actions have consequences. ****** organizations like NFL, NBA, MLB and Nascar can suck my ass. I hope they all go belly up.

Now that A&E is toast, I really don't have much of anything decent to watch on Hulu. It's all pretty much garbage, and getting worse. So....seriously considering cancelling that service and just sticking with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

I have Netflix, Prime Video and Hulu. The only reason I picked up Hulu was I got a deal around the holidays last year $1.99 a month plus tax but with ads. I haven’t used it as much as I thought I would and when the promo ends I’ll be cancelling it.

I had Hulu for years. When i first got it the ads were like once an episode for a minute or so. When I got rid of it, the ads were 2-3 minutes long and 3-4 times during and episode. At least with tv you can change the channel during a commercial.

Yes that’s how the ads are for me and it’s annoying for the price I can’t complain. But haven’t used it enough to justify keeping it once the promo runs out.

I ended up cancelling Hulu last night. Honestly, there's not much good content to warrant me continuing to pay $75/mo. I don't watch sports now, and what the prime channels are now offering in not worth watching. So many re-runs. Also, Hulu's OnDemand stuff (like older series) changes too much. Episodes that are here today are gone too soon. They seem to change it too often to keep their own costs down. So it's time to better steward my personal time and save money as well.

here's the real dilemma, if they bring it back in a few months do you start watching again? It'd be nice if it would come back on a different network

Jerry, thinking ahead to that possibility, I actually "suspended" my account until November, just in case. So I'll pay no monthly fees until then. In November I'll have to make the decision to do a permanent cancellation. If I cancelled now and wanted to go back to Hulu if LivePD came back (which is doubtful), I'd have to setup a new account with likely a different credit card.

That is not how Hulu works. You don’t delete your account, you just stop paying/receiving service. After canceling if you log into your account it just starts billing you again if you agree to it.

A&E is included in whatever my sling package is, I didn't add anything in order to get it thankfully. I go back and forth on watching again assuming it comes back - watch to in some way support the officers or not to avoid supporting A&E for the way they've handled it
