I'm not in a database, ( I will not go into a testing database F' that noise.) and honestly I haven't told anyone other than family that I had it. I did quarantine myself, but I kicked it's ass like it was a bad cold. Digestive issues; cough, mild fever on and off. Basically a bad flu. I didn't really notice much difference with taste, but when taking my tractor out of winter hibernation I was draining some of the old fuel and dumped it all over myself. At first I was like what the hell!? I looked over at my wife and said, somehow this fuel tank is full of water. She said uhm, it sure smells like gasoline to me. I literally could not smell it at all. Nothing. I also didn't crave a lot of foods that were being cooked for about a week, as I couldn't smell them. That was great for the diet as she made cakes and brownies a couple times. Other than that, I didn't die or feel like I was going to die.

I have high blood pressure and anemia.
The meds I take for anemia call for me to also take high doses of Vitamin C, which probably helped out.

And it sucks.
My brother actually had covid about a month ago. He just had a mild fever for 3 days and then said he felt fine after. He told me he felt like he could have worked out or powered through it and went to work. Hopefully its not hitting you that bad.

Is there a Petco nearby? If not, jump on Amazon stat and order up some chloroquine phosphate!

I had it also. Fever, chills, body aches and weird stomach ache. Honestly wasn’t a big deal, I’ve definitely been sicker with the flu than this go around. My kids and wife had it also. After about 5 days I was good to go but loss of smell and taste took another week or so to get back to normal. I’m about 99% I got it from going to the gym.

Some of the stuff I have read about BMI indicates you may be at some risk OP. Don't fool around or hesitate to go into the hospital, if that breathing gets questionable. Best wishes for sure and get well fast.

The bright side is that if you can’t smell, you can take bigger dumps and look at memes for longer on the toilet without the olfactory assault.

According to George Carlin that was the best part, the smell!

"Did you ever notice that your own farts smell okay? Say, that’s fairly decent. I think I’ll stay home today, do some reading in the closet." - GEORGE CARLIN: AGAIN!* (1978)

I've watched his show performed at the Celebrity Star Theater in Phoenix on July 23, 1978 a couple of times and it really cracked me up!
