Anyone else have "pets" that aren't a cat or a dog?

Not yet but I've been strongly considering an acreage and getting goats.

I started out with two rabbits when I was younger. We found out pretty early to keep them separated. They practiced their multiplication tables regularly. So many different colors. At the end, there was 15-20.
So many animals I wouldn’t mind caring for. Actually today I told someone I’d like an owl, ferret, and giant bullfrog.

I had 8 chickens and 4 were killed yesterday so I’ll be picking another 10 or so up this weekend. Next year I’d like some goats

Fibonacci discovered his famous sequence by studying just this, the reproduction rate of rabbits

I did this morning, I really didnt want to but it was back last night to try and get in the coop.

In the county I live, they'll provide coyote/bobcat traps for you and will come collect and relocate it for you. You may have something like that there...

My son has a Goliath Bird Eater(theraphosa stirmi) and 2 scorpions(death stalker and dessert hairy), they're cool to observe , kind of like having a fish tank. Watching them eat is the best part.

I’ll have to reach out to the DNR and confirm as that would be great. From the reading so far because they are a high risk for rabies it seems if they trap raccoons they don’t relocate
