I just skimmed the 700+ comment thread on FB during my break this morning, good lord
I don't feel like reading all that anybody have a short summary?
1) magnuson is claiming the way some people are porting the bearing plates and such is infringing on their patent
2) claim is VMP had MFP spend 3 months designing the inlet, then sent the design to China to be manufactured and stiffed MFP on them. VMP won't respond to MFP
3)1320 performance guy isn't porting their stuff anymore and bought the inlet rights from MFP so he can be the one to sue VMP
4) people dont like Justin or his wife and they're basically airing out everything at this point

My (Admittedly Biased) Opinion.
1. VMP/Magnuson put out a notice on a pending patent that has a few aftermarket porters going HAM trying to discredit VMPs Business practices.
2. Jason Teixeira Owner of 1320 Junkie Performance claims to have bought the rights to MFPs 11-17 lower intake manifold (think VMP Odin) and shits getting real... real fast LOL.
Honestly, sounds to me like an aftermarket performance vendor squabble.
In my Humble Opinion, VMP delivers an Excellent, Quality product at a reasonable price along with Excellent Customer Service
I see no reason for this other than someone’s panties got in a wad over a pending patent.
