Does Anyone Know What This Is?

I was cleaning up my 2013 Shelby GT 500 that I just got on Friday, today, and I noticed this label on the front right headlight on the passenger side. I have no idea what it could be for. I spent a good part of the day today removing a clear covering on the nose and mirrors of the car. I was thinking it could have been something to do with the manufacturer of the product? Not sure if anyone has seen one of these before? Thanks!

I am not sure. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't anything to do with the headlight. The next time the car is out, I am taking it off!!!!

It was installed half assed. There was moisture underneath it and the seams in the stuff drove me nuts. Besides, I really want the car back to be bare stock!
