I got my AFR gauge put in (with the exception of a pod) took a quick cruise no WOT down the road. Light acceleration it was around 10:4-10:6. Will do a better test drive later when I have time.

No after or intercooler on that setup. Unless there's a water-meth somewhere on there, I seriously doubt that that setup ever made 470whp. So that might be part of the problem

He gave the dyno sheets, but it was from a long time ago. It was at the same amount of boost as now, but I have no clue. Things could’ve changed between now and then. I guess I don’t know what kind of power to expect on a built motor cobra with a supercharger. The one thing I do know is that it should probably be smoking a stock LS car.

I'll bet the car is making about 380rwhp.. That's my .02

To be honest I don’t think it’s making that much. So say the current set up is not capable of that kind of horsepower any input as to how to get more horsepower when I take it to the tuner for relatively cheap? Smaller pulley? Also It says on the build sheet the headunit has been upgraded, but I don’t know how.

You have a long list of things to make more power. You need to first find out what the ef you have in there. You have all these receipts and a bogus dyno sheet.

You have a "built" motor, but no clue on compression, pistons, rods, etc.

Unless you have a nice chunk of change laying around go and get a good dyno tune on whatever it is right now and be happy. Otherwise break out the wallet and get ready to throw about 5k into it.

That build sheet is a joke, says on there UPR caster camber plates.. You have stock stuff. I'm willing to bet the entire receipt is bogus and someone built it it up.. Sorry man I think you got screwed on the purchase personally.

I guess the only thing I could do is look into calling the shop and see.. the way I look at it is I paid $7300 for a super clean sub 100k mile cobra.. I mean it’s a nice car but definitely a bummer.

I mean a lot of things you can check yourself other than the engine internals. Is there in fact a UPR Kmember? But the UPR caster camber plates aren't there.. What injectors are on there? that should be easy.

The "fab up intake pipe" is a freaking joke. That's like a stock one that comes from Vortech and that thing is hacked.. Go and look for the BA-3000 MAF.. But I'm guessing that is also stock..

Sorry man.. like I said I think that you got screwed..

I do know the K member is there. It has coilovers on the front which wasn’t on the sheet. I’ll have to check other things. The shop is a legit shop so I guess I can try calling to see if they can verify anything for me. I’m definitely not saying I didn’t get screwed, but will say there has been a lot of money put into this car.

Pull the easy things and check and see if they match to the build sheet.

As another member said the caster camber plates are stock. Check for any items you can to ensure they match the list.

How old is that list? The owner could have parted some of the items that may have been on the car at one time.

He gave you some dyno sheets, but I sincerely doubt they were for the set up you bought. I could be wrong, but the gut check says he pulled a fast one

I think it’s pretty old. Like 2015.. I know for a fact it has the UPR k member kit as I was under the car today. I will definitely look into everything else Tomorrow to check..

so you guys think since the specifics regarding the internals aren’t on there it’s fishy?

1) the build sheet doest tell you much
2) you can't trust the build sheet, since it lists stuff we can see isn't installed
3) you don't make 470whp through a centri without some kind of charge cooling, and this car has none.

this build sheet is 5-6 years old so I wouldn’t be surprised if a few things changed. It does have the long tubes, h pipe, UPR kit and I haven’t checked anything else. I wouldn’t think the caster camber not being on there would be enough to call it complete bogus yet, but I do agree that the lack of info regarding types of internals is questionable. Really I’d be happy with 400+whp at this point as that’d be more than I’ve ever had before. Anyway going to reach out to the shop and inspect the car a little more. Can only keep my fingers crossed at this point. I guess at least she’s pretty.

Good looking cobra. Without a cooler I would aim for a conservatively tuned 380-400whp, get a set of 4.10s or 4.30s and be happy. Assuming it has a stock bottom end would be the safest thing to do and not boost past 8psi.

Kind of what I’m thinking although it’s already on 10psi. Still runs like a dog though.

Plus CC plates. If it does have coilovers. I dont think the stock plates were never designed to take the full weight like it does on coilovers. Usually the spring takes the static weight of the vehicle. Get some MM CC plates and know you're good forever.

Wouldnt get too down got a decent set of parts and a nice car for a reasonable price. Now you just have to do it right.
