Was curious to see if anyone here takes them, and if there’s a good brand that’s recommended.

Being post surgical healing and someone who works out, figured I’d look into a natural anti inflammatory to help with the healing process.

Just a bite of advice when consuming CBD products from different sources. Many of them have THC as well. May be very low in dosage but its often enough to fail a drug test at work. I don't know if that's a concern of urs or not but just something to consider.

But if ur looking for good quality CBD then I would shop here. Beam CBD | Better, cleaner, and totally natural CBD

CBD is hit or miss and tends to be expensive.

This; however, just works:

Thanks for the help everyone! Well hopefully this post has helped some others as well.

I don’t know if a cream will help for me but worth a shot with some CBD edibles.

Never had much luck with gummies. I use some cbd oil that's 20:1 cbd to thc. Put about half an eraser heads worth into a pill capsule and within 20min its like shields up for anxiety. No bad thoughts get through at all and my mind stops going down the rabbit hole of what ifs.

I am a cannabis enthusiast who also happens to have a medical card.

There is a theory that CBD products are mostly marketing ploys. The budtenders at my dispensary have said the same thing I have read online... CBD needs THC, THCa more accurately, to release it's full potential.

A relative takes cannabis oil and it helps lower his blood pressure. The moment he stops taking it his blood pressure spikes up. I have read that cannabis oil can also help with cancer treatment.

I have been taking B17 capsules and sometimes I sprinkle B17 apricot ground seed in my cereal. I feel that it has reduced my blood pressure but I need to check it to confirm. And apparently B17 helps prevent cancer. Of course doctors and the cancer industry will say this is quackery. Then again around 600,000 people were estimated to die of cancer in 2019 just in the USA! So the cancer industry appears to be clueless when it comes to cancer imo. The conventional treatments are more often than not a failure.
