Hey guys gonna be a getting an 03 cobra in a few days and wanted some input if 20k isn’t overpaying for a 59k mile 2 owner cobra as long as everything checks out and what not. The guy said he barely drove it and doesn’t even know about mods so it’s unmolested. Thanks

I depends on color, mods, coupe/vert and mileage. Location really doesn't seem to apply to these cars much from what I have seen. If it's a clear title car, clean, straight and good paint I would say 20K is a pretty good deal in most cases.
What color combo is the car and list of mods, if any?

The seller doesn’t even know what stock means and says he hasn’t done anything to it other than a stereo swap. Car looks and sounds stock though. It’s a 03 black car with grey and black interior.

Is this a one owner car? Does he have service records? 20K for a relatively low mile (driven less than 4k per year) black terminator with minimal mods is probably not a bad deal.

Unfortunately no service records and it’s a two owner car with the first owner having owned it from 03 to 17 with 47k and the sec owned it from 17 till now with 59k on the clock. I don’t know if I mentioned but it’s a coupe as well.

Said no one who has ever owned a Terminator.

You need to let someone who knows these cars take a look at the car. Many have been modded, beat upon and returned to "stock". A few engine bay pics here might help.
Here’s the best pic of the engine bay

Doesn’t look stock to me.

Rip should I pass?

have the current owner take a lie detector test.

Based solely on the claimed "lack" of knowledge I wound not buy anything from this seller.

Keep looking, many us searched for a while until we found the right one.

Just sounds like the previous owner doesn’t know what’s done to the car that’s all. Those checks should be done on any terminator.
