I opted for the 3.15 gears as the cars they had the COVID deals on did not have the 3.55s. Was curious to see to went with the 3.55 and went forced induction. Do you regret your decision with 3.55 or are they a good in between? Thanks

I wish they had thrown 3.31 gears in the autos instead of the 3.15s. That would have been a better middle ground in my opinion.

10r80 stock is going to have trouble holding power in the higher gears that’s why 3:15 is a better choice. I would save that money from swapping to a 3:55 for a converter and clutches for the 10r.

3.55’s and boost is not desirable with the 10 speed.

You will be in 7th gear as you go through the traps with 3.55’s. 7th gear is weak in the 10r so that is not desirable.

3.15’s are what you want with boost because you’ll stay in 6th gear at the end of 1/4 mi.

You made the right choice.
