Basically what is happening is that a liberal mayor or council is allowing a neighborhood to become a DMZ or a 17th parallel overrun by animals with zero regard for the tax paying citizens? Not one politician sees the illegality nor problems with such in actions? I Knew Washington was full of fools but I highly underrated the level of stupidity.
