Fuel starvation at 1/4 tank?

I ran my car at the local track last night, and my car fell on it's face on my last pass when I grabbed 3rd gear. Looked at the logs, and I was losing fuel pressure (about 15 psi drop) after roughly 6k RPM. Never been a problem before, but I was probably around 1/4 tank of gas or a little more this time. I don't like running much below half, but I figured I'd be fine at 1/4 tank with the factory sumped tank. I am running a return style system with a Division X fuel hat and twin Aeromotive 340 stealth pumps. Do people have problems with 03 Cobra fuel tanks and starving the pumps?

Was logging pressure, not pump duty cycle.
Just seems wild to me that it would starve the pumps that easily.

I did like 5-6 years ago. Honestly don't remember how far everything sits in the tank. I did think about checking that though.
