I'm waiting for ANTIFA to make their move, if they haven't already.

HAHAHA. Where have you been? It is 75% ANTIFA or whatever we call anarchists these days.

You "hang the cop now" people are in for a rude awakening

If I was a criminal defense attorney I would take this case all day long. Dept approved restraint, large and intoxicated suspect with underlying conditions, crowd gathering and fear for safety.

I am not excusing cops actions but there is a big difference between murder and incompetence and the standard is only beyond a reasonable doubt.

He is being charged with murder and manslaughter just like I predicted.

3rd degree

But it has to get through a Grand Jury first, a GJ that police are allowed to attend and stare down the Jurors.

Grand juries come before charges are filed FYI. We are well past that stage.

So let me get this straight. There is a pandemic going on right now, such that, the virus can be spread easily through asymptomatic carriers. A lot of these states shut down large gatherings and businesses in order to slow and stop the spread. Now these morons are rioting? Amazing LOL.

Yet we hear how the "poor" black community is disproportionately hammered by the chinese virus. Gee. I wonder why. Stupidity seems to breed this disease.

On a side note, I am not surprised the democrats lack a spine when it comes to effectively dealing with these thugs and the riots going along with them. If someone was trying to break into any of our homes or burn them, we wouldn't idly stand by and allow it to happen. Sometimes a lot of blood needs to be spilled IMO.

I'm sub'n the MN Society of Professional Journalist to see who will win the "2020 Most Heroic News Journalist Award" presented January 2021.

BTW: The riot/terrorism organizers are sending bus loads of rioters/terrorists out of the large city to small communities to Target stores and downtown areas to see what they can destroy before being stopped.

Ask me how I know...

Read this morning there were actually people giving "protestors" directions on where to go in Dallas and there were already random pallets of bricks there waiting

Probably better if he gets off so someone can kill him. That would work out to be a better resolution for all this.

You "hang the cop now" people are in for a rude awakening if you think the officer is going to see any significant jail time. If the autopsy reports in the news are correct, as well as the reports that the "knee to the neck" is a legit practice with this PD, his attorneys are going to have a field day. They are going to bring all kinds of reasonable (and legit) doubt as to the cause of death, and they will rightfully point lots of fingers at department policy and training when it comes to taught and practiced restraint of a combative subject.

He is being charged with murder and manslaughter just like I predicted. That's because they are trying to bring calm and show the public they are "pursuing justice." But, the murder won't stick. I'm no longer convinced that even the manslaughter will stick if the autopsy and PD policy reports are true. Either he will be found "not guilty" two years from now and we will have more rioting, or they will quietly plead this thing down a year from now when it has left the news.

I’m not sure what’s worse....

How this smacks of smug bootlicking

Or

That it’s probably a spot on assessment of the outcome.

So then the focus of outrage can be shifted to how the court system failed?

Posts are mine and do not represent my employer. Actually, my posts are riddled with humor and sarcasm and are not to be taken as a representation of my thoughts, feelings, or ideas. Same goes for my "likes"

Sure, why not. The looting and rioting is always stupid as shit and weakens their case making be perceived as uncontrolled animals.

Burning down the police, sure why not. Looting a target, you look like a savage idiot. Actually going after the man who perpetrated the crime in anyway seen fit, probably best.

They need more organization to really be dangerous and male a profound impact intelligently and deliberately delivering their anger where it counts, but that takes effort and these ****s are the laziest pieces of shit.

****ers now have cordless power tools. Saw where they zipped through plywood as if it was not there.

I would booby trap my shit if I was a store owner. Big metal plate in entrance wired with 440 would do the job.
