Anyone trying to spin this shit like there are two sides here and acting like all the "blue line" folk are just trying to join your super original club of unwavering black advocacy can just **** right off with that bullshit... at least until the race you advocate for stops committing over half the murders in the US.

I haven't seen a single person, civilian or cop defend these shitty ex-cops because what every normal person sees is one man maliciously or negligently killing another man, and cops see this as a black eye to their careers that puts them all in danger every day. The race aspect has not been proven so assuming that it was a hate crime now without evidence is just proof of your own predisposed biases at play, just like you claim white men have towards black men. Normal people get upset over this because it is one human being being killed by another, not because it is a white guy killing a black guy. It's just your own illogical hatred and you should take a look at that.

Wait, who said anything about race?

Bro, that is good shit and very powerful. Reminds me of a few of my favorite lines of the Declaration:

"...Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed."

My take away from the above... the SHEEP are disposed to suffer under a Government long established (this gets worse and worse with more and more government hand outs!)

"...But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government and to provide new Guards for their future security."

The sheep need to wake up and understand not only our unalienable rights, but more importantly OUR DUTY to protect each other with any means necessary (up to and including creating a new government according to the Founders!) which is touched on in your post.

Hell no. The fact that we know the outcome (death) only makes a decent argument to intervene.

I’m not risking years in jail by touching a police officer if I’m there in real time.
You’re expecting him to get off the guy at any second. You don’t know if he truly cannot breathe or if he’s lying. Intervene any later and he’d still be passed out because paramedics arrive no earlier.

Let’s say you went back in time and saved him. Now you’re in jail for years, with zero media attention or pardon support, because he lived.
Cop will say “I wasn’t going to kill him”
Suspect will say “Stupid ass, I wouldn’t have died”

It's the absolute truth. At some point you have to weigh what is right and wrong and decide if you will act in that situation or not. We all have fight or flight instincts that protect us from doing what we wish we had done later, but people need to train themselves to be ready to act regardless of the situation and regardless of how hard it may be. You may even fail but if someone had decided to act in that situation it would have sent a clear message to those cops that the residents of that city are not going to sit by and watch another person get murdered. Most of the police shootings I have seen have been justified, but in a situation like this that is so out of line action is necessary.

Wrong. Seeing the guy's lifeless body was reason to act, and the whole point of Comstock's message clearly went way over your head. Regardless of outcome it is your duty to protect someone in danger regardless of the laws that tell you to stay put and keep your mouth shut. Maybe his post doesn't resonate with you, but it does with me and a lot of other people do also.
