None of these are a "Protected Class." It is a legal definition that is very specific (sex, race, religion, disability). HIV positive is considered a disability by the ADA. None of these others are.
Interestingly, age is a protected class but businesses discriminate by age all the time, for instance children's menu or senior discounts.
From your source, if the establishment kicks you out, and it has nothing to do with any of these, the private business owner is in their rights.

we understand that its not like a N95 mask but it still stops droplets from coming out of your mouth. But we understand. I live in new york and I work in new york city. we got hit the hardest. I am a essential worker and my brother is a doctor who was helping out with the covid crisis here in new york. Its scary and very sad what I hear. we aren't in the hospital working so we dont know what its really like. It is mandatory to wear a mask at my job so I wear it. If thats the rule they put in place, I follow it. It is what it is. Is it right to gang up on someone and go crazy? No. But, follow the rules. and who knows the whole story behind this. Its not asking much to wear a little mask over your face if its the rule. who cares. People that don't want to wear one and feel it doesn't do anything fine. Fight for whatever you are trying to prove. But if there is a sign that says mask must be worn, then thats what it is lol. Or you can turn around and go else where. its so simple.
I went fishing the other day, just lake hopping. I was bored. saw a sign said, no fishing private property. I walked away and went to another lake lol. Basic skills I learned in 5th grade

Again, the mask does not prevent YOU from getting it. But it does mitigate the risk to others.

If you click through the citations and read the summaries of the underlying research in your ACP link it is not super convincing. "Masks: Maybe, possibly better than nothing" would be a good headline.

Funny, the ADA has people with HIV as protected class. Don't really think of it as a disability. More of a super STD.
Oh course. I don't wear a mask unless the store that I need to go into requires it. Don't care for it, but it's their rules. I have the right to shop elsewhere, which I do now moreso than before.
