Would you rather get farted on bare assed or through gym shorts? Leather pants are uncomfortable and restrict air flow but it's the only way to get safely farted on. Those gym shorts aren't going to stop the smell but they sure do stop the biggest fecal particles from landing in your mouth. Unless you go full respirator you aren't fully protected, but any mask definitely cuts down on the amount of shit billowing out of your face.

Show me on the doll where the mask hurt you...
Would you rather die in a car accident or watch TV?

Well, imo that's for the store to decide not the ppl shopping there. Seen the same thing at Home Cheapo last week. Guy was ranting about a customer not wearing a mask and its not Home Cheapo's policy and there is no LAW stating u have to wear one.

The guy was SCREAMING at the Home Depot employee stating "Its a law" and the Home Cheapo employee said no actually its not and YOU need to leave the store..... lol

Private Property owners can set any rules they want. If its not the store policy then everyone can **** off! We have an Arena in the city I work for. There are NO GUNS allowed in there unless ur a Cop working the detail. Off duty Cops, Troopers, Federal Agents, etc..... are NOT allowed in there with a firearm. We usually lock their guns in the back of police cars.

A recommendation from the governors office to wear a mask in public has as much meaning as a roll of toilet paper.

I dont feel sorry for her. If the rules of the store say you have to wear a mask then do it or dont shop there. End of story.

Have you watched TV lately? I think it would be a whole lot less painful just to die in a car wreck. JMO

According to the those who promote COVID-19 mask wearing, the mask is Not protecting you from others, it is protecting others from you, if you were to have COVID-19.
A mask cuts down on respiratory droplets or airborne particles expelled through breathing, coughing or sneezing. So in theory, masks should help slow the spread of COVID-19, or any other airborne diseases for that matter.

On a side note, anyone attend any Awesome Memorial weekend parties?

I bring a bandana made up mask with me when I go out. If a store requires a mask, throw it on, do my shit, take it off. Go on through out my day. " well, you'll get someone you love sick and they will die" or the flip side, my loved one will have a %99.3 recovery rate. Everyone wants to say death. How about the recovery %. What is the survivability of Cancer? Different auto-immune diseases? Probably not 99+ percent. If it makes YOU happy, I'll throw one on for our contact, but when we are done mines off. I dunno.

This! That said, the media and state/local governments have encouraged people to turn in those who are not abiding by governor orders. Even to the point of providing a phone number to report "offenders". :rolleyes:o_O

It's not a law anywhere from what I know...It's a rec'd depending on what bureaucrat doctor is on your payroll. Also, the mask DOES discriminate against people who are medically unable to wear one. All kinds of conditions make someone unable to wear these masks. If you tell the stores you are medically unable they are not aloud to ask you what your condition is but that doesn't matter because they will simply tell you to leave anyways.

It's already been established it doesnt protect you at all and some even say it helps the spread (like wearing gloves). The other factor is they nobody takes them seriously or knows how to wear one in the first place.

And yes, these businesses are up in sales. Thats because they are the ONLY place to shop. Once things open back up and people have freedom of choice back they will finally realize the mistake they made trying to implement such stupid rules in the first place.

One thing that will be coming to all these places are lawsuits. The attorneys are already advertising it in my area. I can't even imagine the settlement amounts that will be coming out of these things.

Unfortunately, people too often communicate a governor recommendation as a governor executive order. For example, the Quinnipiac Trail (bikes, walkers, runners) recommends people wear masks, BUT it isn't a requirement. There are, though, people wearing masks who get downright hostel towards those who don't wear them. In part because they believe wrongly that those who don't are breaking a law (which they aren't). I blame the media in part for fanning the flames but more importantly governors (including Lamont) for not making the (mandatory) restrictions and (voluntary) recommendations clear to everyone.

Actually, you are in violation of HIPA if you force the women to disclose any medical reasons for not being able to wear the mask.

Religious reasons are also protected.

Asthma, CLPD, Allergies, Claustrophobia, Panic Attacks, etc.

If you can't ban a Muslim Women from wearing a Burka because of crime/safety concerns... Why can you now force someone to wear a mask for health/safety concern?

This is unprecedented stupidity.

Going forward, can we ban people with herpes and HIV from entering bars and night clubs?

Does my wearing a mask or not infringe on your rights? If your scared, stay home.

If you're knowingly sick and spreading a deadly disease then yes. You have the right to own a gun, you don't have the right to go target shooting at Walmart and endangering the employees. If a private company says you gotta wear a mask to protect their employees then you gotta wear a mask. No one is making I wear one at home, no one is making you wear one in your car. But your actions can and do create risk for OTHERS. Stop being selfish.

The video didn't make clear who farted on whom and it wasn't easy to see which pants were leather. Was it the maskless one who farted at the others or vice versa?

If it's too personal don't answer but how do you know so much about air flow in leather pants?

I hear you and I understand your concerns but a couple of important points:

HIPAA is only for medical personnel and affiliates. Walmart or the Like is not subject to HIPAA.

Also, as much as I’m not with the mask mandate. Private businesses can reserve the right on how they chose to do business.
