If there was a bike that is sex on wheels, this would be it. Ended up selling the repsol on fleabay a few weeks back and got a smoking deal on a 2018 Ducati V4 with full akra.

226HP
386lbs dry 436lbs wet

I never thought I would say this but the electronics on this bike has made me feel like Rossi...lol. You can literally adjust and fine tune so many things...ducati slide control, ducati traction control, ducati wheelie control, abs, riding modes, different power modes...the list is endless.

The quick shifter is by far the best I have witnessed. Truly enjoying this animal so far. The sound of the full akra is one of the finest sounds in the mechanical world!

Been thinking about getting another bike lately, but I'm waiting for the new Streetfighter. Love the V4 though!

Clean bike. Where is the sound clip? I’m guessing parking lot while you learn how to ride it?

lololol...i've been riding for 22 years and I will fully admit I am FAR below the capabilities of this bike. Matter of fact I can't even ride a 600 to it's full potential. Sound clip shall come soon though.

Badass bike congrats! Freakn BJ on wheels! Cant believe how much power they're making these days. Shit, it weighs 140 lbs LESS than a kawi H2. I think it would smoke a stock H2. Now fix ur license plate!

Very nice bike. I am considering a 2020 Streetfighter?

Now saying that, I have been out of bikes for 20 years. Am I foolish to jump into a bike like the Streetfighter?

No...the safety features on these new bikes make them SO EASY to ride. I think your safer today than you were 20 years ago...the only bad part that is worse today are the DRIVERS AROUND YOU. haha.

cool. Saw the empty parking lot and figured you might be learning.

I used to ride myself.... if I were to try and ride again, I’d definitely need a few sessions at the parking lot first. Lol

Well you should know that one of the first outings of the new Streetfightet killed a pro rider on Pikes Peak. They are known to be widowmaker bikes but a lot of that comes from the first generation of Streetfighter that was said to be a little too unbalanced. The new one should be a lot better as it was designed from the ground up.

That is a always a great idea on new machine, just a little familiarization riding before jumping on the roads...

Yeah, he held the record time and was demolishing his own record up until he hit a bump in the last corner. It has nothing to do with the bike.

Just doesn't help its reputation when it kills a pro rider regardless of what caused it. He rode that course and practiced it multiple times so you would think he would have known but it is just unfortunate. Probably just that little bit extra he was giving it on race day that made the difference.
