So my question is where is the beginning of the video? Sounds like the officer may have originally offered a fix it ticket which then turned into a fine. Either way funny as hell.

Cops said the ticket was because the issue had not been addressed in over 6 months. Either she had been stopped before for the same thing or her plates are waay over due. Either way, the situation was under control, even after she refused to sign. The cop told her not to do it when she reached for the gear shifter, she still ran.

I smell a lawsuit coming but hopefully having Karen on camera gets it tossed ASAP.

not at my post...
Ummm....errrrr....yes, technically that would be correct.

If I had a dollar for every time I could have used a beanbag gun over the years.....

In my defense, who among us would not use one given the chance. Just remember to wear a protective mask so you don't get corona on the ammo before firing. You know, to protect the public and all that.

My oldest daughter is 15, dating is inevitably around the corner... I got my mossy 500 at the low ready, definitely going to light some m'fers up with less than lethal/bean bag rounds...

IIRC, that is what happened and she started to get pissy because her "I'm your elder" card wasn't working

So this video seems to be going around again and I saw elsewhere that there still isn't an outcome. The court date has been pushed back like 3 times. She's due in court in like 3 weeks, so hopefully something then. She's facing 2 felonies, like $1,000 in fines and up to 3 years. I predict fines plus court costs.

Q: what's the difference between a Democrat and a Republican?

A: The republican has teenage daughters.

imo opinion it was a bit much dragging her out of the truck and onto the ground. idk if he's way out in BFE but i would think it would be prudent to call for back up and wait for a sgt to arrive to help diffuse the situation. she could have been injured being taken down like that. then it inevitably escalated to the tazer which can kill someone her age and condition. then you're really talking lawsuit, and for what? refusing to sign a fix it ticket? im not saying she's in the right, but seems a little heavy handed imo. he can easily tell what he's dealing with. it seems more like a lesson needed to be taught.

i remember a copy telling me before that if i refused to sign the ticket then he would just write that on the ticket and hand it to me and i would get a summons anyways. that was when i was like 18. being (slightly) more mature i know that wont do anything so might as well just sign it and fight it or go to traffic school or whatever. you can fight city hall.

im sure this lady also grew up in a time where a woman could slap a cop and chew him out for whatever and get away with it. back in the Mayberry days lol. (ok not slap a cop lol)

I’d pay to see the traffic stop of this lady vs the raging trooper from the other thread.... would make for an even more epic traffic stop

if he would be able to pick her up hulk hogan style and throw her off the bridge, id give him a pass. justifiable homicide
