Grab them from amazon. Poly offset bushings for like $15 shipped. I use offset because my ebay longtubes didn’t play nice with my steering shaft. Standard poly would be fine otherwise.
I ordered a set from LMR. Figured I'd support a vendor.

Since I have your attention, did you reuse the stock control arm bolts or does BMR include new bolts?

You are supposed to use your stock bolts. I already had an aftermarket K that required their own special bolts that didn’t work with the BMR or any other K so I bought some grade 8’s from Ace Hardware to use.

I had a feeling that was the case. I need to order new tie rod ends too. So I'll just get a shopping list together.
Damn, back to stock style poly.
I ordered my replacements today. I think Steeda makes an aluminum bushing for the stock set up.

My question is has anyone installed one yet on here?

Do they accept after market motor mounts? I heard rumors of them not clearing 1-7/8th longtubes also.

My thread is listed on the first page of this thread on here with tons of installed photos...

Aftermarket motor mounts shouldn’t be a problem. If they fit the stock K, they will fit the BMR K.

Not sure about the 1-7/8” longtubes.

Has anyone installed a premium KM744 yet? I just ordered one. Main reason is that I already have MM forward offset control arms. If I picked up the MM K-member I would have to replace these as the MM K-member already has offset built into it. With my forward offset a-arms + the K-member offset, it moves the tires way too far forward for my liking. Also, BMR had a great deal with 7% off plus free shipping.

My only problem is that BMR do not include the rear brace (BMR call it an A-arm support brace p/n CRB740). So had to purchase separately.

I am very concerned about fitment of the brace. MM states clearly that theirs clears a Canton Road Race oil pan. I am running a Moroso 20548 pan that has similar dimensions. I spoke to Dion at BMR and he said they do not know if it will work or not.

Does anyone here know if it will clear these road race oil pans??

I ordered a premium from Lethal during their Memorial Day sale. But haven't heard anything on a ship date. Honestly since swapping on some new tires I'm considering canceling my order and sticking with the MM set up.

I'd have to see if I can return the A arms though.

When I ordered mine last week the sales guy, Dion, said that they had issues getting raw material due to Covid but that they had just received a couple of shipments and they are now flush with steel. I was told that my K-member should ship at the of the of the month.

Hopefully I hear something back tomorrow. I'm sure when I get under my car next weekend I'll see the oil leak and get frustrated with the MM set up again.

I saw your post about the MM solid rack mounts. I also have these. A little disappointed that I’ll have to give them up because BMR has is set up for stock style. I thought I could find some solid mounts to replace them but the only ones I could find are from Steeda. But they are offset. I don’t want that and they don’t offer a standard (center) version.

Had a little track time with my $199 BMR K-member and car felt great for drag racing. I can't comment on corners because my factory vert x-brace and front sway bar have been removed. Since removing those it feels more like a boat

I was told today that my KM744 should ship around August 17. Ordered on July 10.

I ordered mine over Memorial Day weekend. I canceled my order July 23rd or 23th because they couldn't get me an idea for a ship date. And I'm out of the return window for the control arms that I have no need for. Although I think I should get some forgiveness on that since it's their fault I'm out of that window.

I ordered the KM743 back in March. I was told it would be a few weeks at that time. I sent several emails to BMR asking about long tube header clearance and steering shaft clearance with long tubes. I never got any response. Due to the fact they were taking forever to get it shipped and they never gave me an answer to whether or not it will fit with long tubes, I had to cancel my order. I have no problems with the long wait time. However, I do have issues with them not responding to my emails. I don't want to end up with a $500 paper weight that I can't use because of my long tubes. I certainly hope these k members end up working out. I just can't afford to be a guinnea pig right now. Those of you that are going to install them, please report back with info and pics!
