Price dropped to $30,000 firm.
Selling my lightly modded Black 10th Anniversary Cobra with 11,676 miles (as of 5/18/20). I am the third owner. I bought it bone stock on 8/16/07 with 3,353 miles from a small used car dealer. He took it in trade from the original owner. He was a collector and kept it in his personal garage for 10 months before selling it to me. I did all of the mods myself in 2008. In order of install they are:
- BilletFlow Diff Brace
- K&N cold air kit
- Magnaflow catback exhaust
- Lightning (2.93”) upper pulley
- Dyno tuned on 9/29/08 - 441whp and 456 torque (dynojet)
- MGW shifter
- Shorty antenna
The car is very nice. It is kept under a fitted California Car Cover Dustop cover with “TERMINATOR” embroidered on the front of it. I did daily drive it in the summer of 2009, so it sat outside during the day while I was at work. It has only spent 3 nights outdoors since I bought it. It has seen rain, but not deliberately. It was NEVER driven by me if there was even a hint of salt on the road. I have never waxed it because I was afraid of leaving swirl marks in the paint. When I stopped daily driving it, the normal routine was to uncover it, drive it, dust it, remove bugs with a quick detailer spray and then re-cover it. The last several years I have only washed it once a year and that was just to remove the waxy residue from the duster.
I have all of the original parts except the battery. I have never had a wheel off of it so there are not even wrench marks on the lug nuts. The tread depth in the center of the original rear tires is still 9/64” and 14/64” on the fronts.
The OH SH*T flaws:

The OH SH*T flaws:
- small rock chip on the windshield (pictured)
- small patch on one of the rear calipers that the powder coat flaked off (pictured)
- a couple of very light clear coat scratches on the rear bumper cover (too fine to show in pictures)
- a small scratch above the left rear wheel (pictured)
The expected flaws:
- Front bumper cover finish is not perfect due to bugs, etc. Nothing significant.
I have the following uninstalled new parts for it:
- Under hood insulating blanket (original has some water stains) - installed on 3/28/20 in a fit of COVID lockdown boredom
- Chin spoiler (original has some light scratches)
- 10th anniversary floor mats (originals show some wear)
I bought this car with the intention of doing a blower swap, lowering springs, offset wheels, etc. As the years rolled by, I felt less of a desire to modify it and more of a need to preserve it as is. I am 67 and no longer have the desire to build a killer street car. I have had my fun with it, taken care of it to the best of my ability, and would like to see this piece of Mustang history go to someone who will continue to love and enjoy it.
I have the window sticker, second set of keys with the original selling dealer’s tags on them, SVT certificate, SVTOA welcome package issued to the original owner, several unopened SVT Enthusiast magazines addressed to the original owner, the Ford factory 2003 Mustang Workshop Manual and separate factory 2003 Mustang Wiring Diagram Manual, the dyno sheets from Modular Depot and a clean CARFAX report.

I apologize for the quality of the pictures. The car is so shiny that the pictures pick up reflections of lots of stuff in the background. Link to Google Photos - (74 high res photos) https://photos.app.goo.gl/17yZb9tTZChNcNdm9
