I am looking into a return system. I currently have a gen 2 2.9 Whipple non crusher. Will be upgrading blowers most likely when I do fuel system to a new version 2.9 crusher or the 3.0 version. I know I need ID 1300's (Currently have ID 1000's), dual 465 pumps, FC3 controller. Dead head vs other way? Fuel rails in series vs parallel? -10 feed and -8 return? Is there a Fore kit that is complete with all fittings that has the crossover in the rear and is a neat and hidden install? I like the factory looking engine bay.

I was told -8 is plenty for 99% of all of us. I'm running a Fore level 2 in a dead head. Aside from the rails and bigger line in the engine compartment you wouldn't know there's a bigger system in there. I ran it deadhead because I couldn't get the return line to run how I wanted in the engine compartment. The regulator is behind the passenger side headlight with the lines tucked up to the bottom of the fender.

The kit I picked up required me to make my own lines. Not a bad thing though. I was able to run them how I wanted that way. It wasn't really that hard either. I'd recommend getting a soft jaw set up for your vice if you have one. Makes screwing the lines together tons easier.

I just did this and feel that mine is pretty neat. I have pictures on my phone that I'll upload when I get a second.

I bought the Lv 2 kit to run the rails in series. I would recommend buying the low profile 180 fittings if you decide to do this so that you are able to keep it nice and clean.

I rain both feed and return lines up the passenger side. Mounted the regulator in passenger fender well and crossed the rails over in the back.

These are a little out of order, and apparently I dont have a picture of the passenger side fuel rail/line. But i ran that line under the blower elbow (this comes straight from the fuel hat/fuel filter to the front of the passenger rail.

Then I have a cross over from pass rail, to the driver rail. Fuel travels into that 180* fitting into the line that wraps around the blower and back towards the passenger fender well where it goes to the regulator.

Some what similar to Nate’s but dead head with only 2 fuel lines coming in from regulator to feed the back of each rail.

No pics yet as I'm current actually building my lines. I'm going regulator in passenger fender mounted to the bumper bracket.

I'm not doing a deadhead instead I'm doing a flow-through recommended by Fore themselves and Malcolm. Basically out the gas tank is -10 into fore fuel filter, -10 out filter into a fore Y-Block, 2 -8's out the Y-block with 2 90's into the BACK of the fuel rails, OUT of the rails with a 180 on driver side and a 45 on passenger side into the Fore regulator. Out the reg with -8 back into the tank.

Very similar to NateDogg but I went with Black PTFE lines in the engine bay.

Where are you getting these things that hold the fuel filter? What are they called I can't seem to find one.

EDIT: Never mind I found them.

My setup:

- BBRC baffled tank w/MagnaFuel Pro-750
- IIMuch fuel tank vent
- Deadhead setup w/black ptfe lines
- 10AN feed / 8AN return
- Magnafuel SS filter
- Magnafuel 4 port regulator mounted by passenger door hinges
- 2 x 8AN lines from reg to rear of Sullivan rails
- fuel crossover at front of rails w/pressure gauge
- ID1300s

These are all of the fuel-related pics I have on my phone.

This is the correct way to do it, with the regulator as close as possible to the rails.
