I'm sure it is. I buy my stuff for lethal so I'm not badmouthing them but I want real results, not advertisement numbers from people trying to sell.
I have a gen 4 crusher, that I have yet to dyno, but I'm a sucker for new go fast goodies. Looking forward to folks making the switch

No concrete comparison data, only my guess......the gen5 will end up making just enough of a difference that you'll be compelled to make a switch....but having said that, your gen4 2.9 crusher will last about a nanosecond in the market section. Would be great if you could get that dyno so you have that baseline later on to compare

I'm interested to see how the boss 326 build holds up after reading other peoples opinions, but 21 pounds is damn low. Any idea what the pulley combo yields on a stock long block?

The g5 3.0 really has me thinking about selling my g4 3.4, really not sure which way to go.

I havn’t hooked up the MS3 yet. Been running great and kicking ass with stock ECU. As for now the MS3 is just sitting on the shelf. I will update if I ever make the switch.

what kind of coolant crossover tube is on that engine?

What are you wondering? A couple of us are running the MS3 now.
I just ordered a Gen5 to go on my 10.5:1 aluminator build and have the MS3 Pro already sitting on the shelf for it. Was just wanting to see the improvements over the factory ecu.
Getting excited to put all the parts I've collected to use and finally drive My Cobra again after it's 15 year hibernation :(

I've been following yours and Josh's progress with the MS3 and anyone elses I can find to see what hurdles you guys work through. I need to download Tuner Studio and start getting familiar with it.

Here is the latest on 24psi. Litlle belt slip up top. I could see it on the boost gauge.

lol whoa...6.4 @ 116. On 26 pounds on a very old 3.4 Whipple i was 6.6 @ 104 with quite a bit of hop through 1st and 2nd. Finished that run at 10.29 @ 139.

i just upped the boost to 30 pounds and shed about another 100 pounds as well as putting in an ARB, spool, 35 splines etc. I'm hoping to crack 9's. If it doesn't i might be getting a gen 5 lol

Nice. The 6.40 was on 20 psi. I havnt ran it yet up at 24. As far as rearend goes I am rollin with a solid axle with 31 spline trutack with 3.55’s and a T-56 Magnum. Wheel hop is no longer my enemy. I finally switched to bias ply tires to so 5’s and 9 are happening if I find a driver mod.

I didn’t recall seeing it but what size throttle body did you go with? I just received my Gen5 Whipple and when I ordered from Lethal it was listed as the 150 mm TB and the one I received per my check off list is the 132 mm.
Trying to figure if it’s worth exchanging or not. I’m looking for 900+ rwhp and my build is a 10.5:1 Aluminator with ported heads and cams and pretty much upgraded everything.
Thanks
Ken

You bet. I have the 150mm throttle body. I can almost fit both my fists in it. I know that alot of people complained about idle issues with the 150mm but a little bit of time on the laptop and a screw driver you can make it work. I would go with the 150mm if you have the option to feed this beast.

That being said... several people are making big power with 3.4l and 4.0l blowers with a smaller than 150mm throttle body.
