Loud Knocking sound

Loud knocking sound coming from my engine, seems to be coming from passenger side/middle of engine. The noise is louder when the engine is warm.
Took the compression and all the 8 cylinders were equal. Plugs looks good. Not even 2000 miles ago I sent my motor for headstuds, new rings, honed the cylinders, new oil pump, valve/seat valve job and they changed both left (primary and secondary) timing chain tensioner and the right main tensioner.
Took the engine out and removed the valve cover and everything seems visualy fine.
Drained the oil, Removed the timing cover and turned the engine with a wrench. The passenger side timing chain is becoming loose at a moment when I turn the engine. Could this be my problem for the knocking sound ? Or it is normal because there is no oil pressure ?
How can I test the tensioners?
Please look at the 2 videos
Thanks!

Pressurize the tensioners using a garden sprayer with oil at the oil pressure sender hole near the filter. That will send oil to the tensioners. They will tighten up if working. The chains are loose until there is oil pressure.

A gargen sprayer like this? I will also need a hose and a fitting to screw in the oil pressure sender hole

Some of them come with a hose and wand. you just need to replace the wand with the correct fitting for the hole. Amy hardware store will have the fitting.

Sorry to dig this up, but did you find out if it was a tensioner causing the noise? I had a noise the other night that appeared when the car was warm and it had a similar knock/tick sound that was new. I was filming the sound and it stopped half way into my video clip. Cold started the next morning and no noise.

Just curious what you found was the problem and if it was a tensioner going south. Thanks
