I know of a nice black car in Albuquerque NM. It has 53k mikes but has been taken exceptional care of. Could pass for a sub 10-20k mike car. Has a KB 2.8 and other tasteful mods. He is firm at $28k. That's almost $40,000 cad. Op is going to have to buy in Canada. Unless he gets a smoking deal, our dollar just doesn't go as far south of the border.
The OP stated his budget was 25-30k, presumably in USD? Either way, it sounds like we should be looking for cars in Canada!
25kUS I stated a month ago when the dollar was hovering around 73 now it’s around 68. I stated 25-30k when we were talking about a Canadian car so that was canadian funds. I would go slightly over that for the right car.
The boarder is still closed for now and I really don’t want to pay someone to ship a car I’ve never seen. I would feel more comfortable flying down and driving back.

Gotcha. I’ll let you know if I run across anything close to the border or in Canada. I did notice a member here has a very nice 04 SY convertible in Canada for sale and his price is very reasonable IMO. Just thought I’d mention in case you’re interested.
EDIT...not mine. I know it’s probably not realistic with you not being able too see in person but saw this. I’m sure it’ll sell fast.
