How much is the quarantine making you drink?

I quit drinking 13 Feb. 2013,......not sure how much $$$$$ this has saved me !
Quit smoking Sept. 1988,.......this saved me a $H_ t load of $$$$$$.
Modding 2 GT500 has cost me all of that +..

The nice spring weather has more to do with my alcohol intake than quarantine. There's just something about enjoying a drink outside in the nice weather after a hard day's work.

Im about the same one handle of Vodka with tonic a week. Wife is a nurse and is about 1/2 a bottle Jam Jar a night.

When I heard alcohol was unhealthy I considered quitting drinking.

Then I heard alcohol was a disinfectant that could kill viruses and bacteria. I decided to take the middle road and not drink anymore but not drink any less, either. I ingest plenty daily.

Happy to say it works beautifully. The wife and I have stayed corona-free by consuming many Coronas and plan to keep it that way.

I puked a few times in College drinking way more than I should have. These days I drink alcohol occasionally - about 4 glasses of wine a year at social gatherings, maybe 1 or 2 beers. Alcohol lowers testosterone and all the extra calories aren't helping either. One or two here and there is fine but everyday - no thanks I don't need it that bad.

If it needs to be chased, I don't want it. I will say, I've had a shot of Don Julio (straight from Mexico) before, and it wasn't terrible.

I thoroughly enjoy whiskey and bourbon outside of my normal breskies. However, if I can't drink it neat or over ice, it's no friend of mine. I'll drink it with soda from time to time to mix it up... pun intended. I've found that Gentleman Jack is a great value in the whiskey world. Smooth going down and not overly expensive like many.

It doesn’t need to be chased, it’s a very good tasting tequila. However, the chaser helps those that aren’t used to/don’t like the taste, and it helps with the hydration side of things
