let a broker deal with that. don't buy the insurance - it isn't worth it. the box should have a few holes cut in it so you can peek inside to inspect it on arrival, because once you open it, its yours

I used Day & Ross, door to door came on a truck with a power tail gate, Sorry I don't remember how much shipping was

have them drop it off at forward air. will cost you like $100

do NOT use a LTL carrier IE : RL, yellow, fedex, XPO....they WILL charge you resi fees and lift gate fees, both at the pickup and delivery. And the bill will come AFTER the fact. Trust me....just go with forward air.
