Been noticing a sizzling sound when I park and a few drops of clear non viscous liquid dripping onto the ground in the rear left of the engine. Thought it was water but it's staying on the ground. Any idea what it could be?

Drain is on the right side .
I collected a drops that were coming off. Appears to be water. Just not sure why it's there. Car is running fine, AC has not been turned on, it has been raining like crazy here so not sure if that has something to do with it
