Looks good. Still waiting for the right deal. Apparently the scat pack charger is not available with the 0% for 84. Disappointed in that currently

I think we will see the steep discounts and incentives in late April/early May. Sales have fallen here more than 75%

Nobody to buy anything so why run sales. You need customers to buy the stuff to justify the sales

So if y’all were buying a car (new or used), 125k budget, what would you all pick?

A few of my thoughts are:
C7zr1
C8z06 (obviously gonna have to wait for this)
GTR
Viper (could maybe squeeze an ACR)
R8

wouldn’t be a DD and would probably get less than 5k miles per year.

R8 V10 plus model.

I joked with a friend that he needed an exhaust to replace the stock piece (that's what all car guys do right?) till I heard it. Holy shit it sounds good for stock. The AWD system is violent from a 60 roll. You can cruise at 150 with ease, and change lanes like you're playing a video game, and the car just stays planted. I haven't ridden in the other options, but I was just so damn impressed with the R8, I doubt anything can beat come close.

Since I like tracking my car on the road course, ACR. Close second is the ZR1 in stick. The GTR is very dated at this point and the R8 is not as impressive as the other cars, performance wise.

Theres no data there. The only real info ive seen unbiased is TFL truck. They use the same method for real world numbers

Watch the video. There is data. Anecdotal? Sure... but because you dont like the data doesnt mean it doesnt exist.

The problem with your post was the true cost of def. You also did not post actual cost of diesel fuel and real cost of 87 octane.

Currently in nor cal 87 is $2.49 to about $2.89 a gallon.

Diesel cost about $3.59-$3.99 a gallon.

Def cost about $7 to $8 a gallon

What? No. I just filled up for $2.69/gal yesterday. The same gas station had 87 gasoline for $2.49/gal. DEF is $9-10 for 2.5 gallons. But WTF do i know.. i've only been buying it for 4 years.

Look I disagree. First off I used the EPA's numbers. I have 2019 Platinum with the 6.5' bed FX4 with the max tow package. Probably the heaviest F-150 you can get. I averaged 19.1 mpg over the course of 9400 miles. I often average over 20 mpg's on trips.
Second, nowhere in my region (NYC-Philly) is diesel within $.50/gallon. I buy it for my Kubota, my work trucks and equipment use it. Granted you're on the West coast and things may be different. But around here its a dollar more.
Thirdly, I can put a tune on my 3.5tt and I bet I'd post better numbers torque and horsepower wise.

But to each their own. Some people like diesels. I'm just saying it doesn't make financial sense.

Yep... to each their own. I had a 2011 FX4 F150 with the Ecoboost and loved it. GREAT motor with power to spare. However, youre lying to yourself and everyone else if you think you are getting 19.1 mpg over 9400 miles in the real world. Unless you drive with an egg under your foot or the speed limit where you live is 45 mph. Which very well may be.

Where I live, the freeways are 70 mph and everyone drives 75. I averaged 14-18 per tank with my Ecoboost FX4 which was respectable. If i babied it and drove like a BOOMER for a few hundred miles, i could get right around 19.5 to a tank.

Used Formula Atlantic with 80k worth of tires and spare front wings.

Seriously though, 1LT C8 with Z51 would be my first choice for brand new and an og NSX if used

Lol i did watch the video, it was a waste of time and no proven information.

Lol sure you filled up yesterday. But has no proof hahahaha. Try again.

Peak Blue DEF Diesel Exhaust Fluid 2.5 gal. - Ace Hardware

Def $15.99 2.5 gallon plus tax

Local Chevron
87.$2.99
89.$3.14
91.$3.28

Diesel $3.70

Pretty big gap if you ask me.

I’ll go ahead and leave this here.

Tell us again about how many diesels you’ve owned and what you usually pay for fuel... that’s right....I’ll wait..

What third world country do you live in that gas is $2.79 a gallon? Is that Canucks Dollars?

Down one stretch of Indiantown Road, gas prices range from $2.39 to $2.07 3 miles down for regular.

Odd thing is where the cheapest gas stations are is where the most expensive houses are.

Picked up a left over 2019 F150 two weeks ago for my daughter with rebates, $6K discount, and 0% for 72.

Today we bought a 2020 Mustang GT Performance Pack with a small rebate, $3K discount, and 0% for 72.

Could have done 0% for 84 on both vehicles, just wanted max rebates allowed and I don't like the idea of a 7 year loan.
