Pretty sure he was hit by a drunk driver. I saw this on IG last night or this morning.

man that would suck ass, good work finding it

Probably an illegal, so probably not too much trouble.

slap on the wrist at worse. My cousin got hit by some loser hard enough to push him into the car in front of him. They had nothing to sue for so he had to claim it on his insurance and deal with higher premiums for a couple of years

Better than losing a classic car in a crash. It's a brand new car being manufactured right now. Let the insurance order another one and if the license plates did not get damaged, ONLY the VIN number will be different.

Lose a fox or a musclecar and it will most likely NEVER be replaced with the same car.

This report reminded me of a similar crash I witnessed once. Well, similar in that the car had just been purchased.

I bought a car once from the Consumer Reports testing facility in Milford, CT. The day that I closed on the deal, there was another guy there who had bought a car. Brand new except that it was tested, of course. So I went outside to drive off and the other guy had start driving off seconds before I did. He drove out to the main road, proceeded to pull out and turn left, and.....BAM! He slammed into an oncoming car. It was messed up pretty bad. That guy literally owned the car for about 5 minutes before it was toast. Poor guy's smile as he left the parking lot in his newish car just melted away in a flash!
