Since we can't go to the gym, is anyone familiar with the home workout systems like Hermit Fitness?

Hermit Fitness Ultimate Cable Set™

Anyone have any suggestions? Any feedback on whether these work or not? Its basically bands that help you build strength through resistance.

As always, thanks in advance.

Great workouts. Make sure to have a hand towel readily available, it’s gonna get messy!

Never liked those cables except for warming up. And you can really only stand them and do curls, some shoulder

I’d just buy adjustable dumbbells on amazon

Neighbor ordered up an entire garage gym a few weeks back and is still waiting on all of his plates. Squat rack and pullup/dip station showed up on time but no plates, not sure if the shipping station (amazon) is picking what it puts on the truck but thats where he is. At least he has an olympic bar and some small dumbbells to work with.

Like Twisted2v said theyre good for warming up and replacing some cable machine exercises but not much else. If you can swing it (and get them delivered) get an adjustable bench and some Powerblocks.

You can gear great full body work outs with resistance bands. It’s all about focusing on the movement, slowing down through the movement and a focus on more volume.

If you're a fan of prowler sleds, take a look at the Torque Tank. No added weight necessary and can offer full body workouts with all the movements it affords. It's on wheels too.

I just picked one up and I'm looking forward to kicking my ass with it.

They have their place in a workout.
I use them when I travel. Sometimes motel ‘exercise centers’ suck
