I really like the idea of a high mpg truck that can still tow what the average person would tow. I really like the GMC AT4 1500 with the diesel. I don't know why Ford and GM don't push them harder.

I like the AT4 a lot too..... It is GMC's "trail boss" from the Chevy line basically.

The GMC just looks so much better.

Here's a tip for you... If you want the AT4 look, but dont necessarily need all that it offers look at the "Elevation" package on the 1500 Sierra. Color matched bumpers ad grille... damn.. it's such a good looking truck.

Paired up with 4x4 and that 3.0l straight six diesel.... Winner!

Mac Haik sent me email today offering 84 at 0%

I went to their website to read the fine print. It states there is no 0%-84 on any 2020 vehicle. 0-84 is not available on 2020 year model vehicles.
Also the 0-84 and no payments until 2021 can not be combined. Also no payments until 2021 is not available on the super duty.

What a load of crap. Most vehicles? No, on almost no vehicles! False advertising at its finest.

I did start to contact dealers. Best rates on 84 month loans I found was 3.74. Because Ford is playing crap games I most likely will not buy. Sucks for them!

I wonder what April will look like? My bet is that April will be the worst month for USA auto sales in post WW2 history.

U.S. light vehicle sales fall 27% amid COVID-19 outbreak

Apr. 1, 2020 11:21 PM ET|By: Gaurav Batavia, SA News Editor

Amid COVID-19 outbreak, U.S. light-vehicle sales crashed ~27% to 992,392 in March from ~1.4M in February.

The seasonally adjusted annualized rate for U.S. cars and light trucks sales were estimated at 11.4M units, down from 16.8M units in February, Wards Intelligence said.

Moody’s expects U.S. light vehicle sales to fall at least 15% in 2020 as the ratings agency sharply cut its 2020 outlook for global auto sales, with Western Europe expected to take the biggest hit.

I was annoyed that the 2020 SuperDuty wasn't eligible for 0% when I bought my Tremor two weeks ago. I did get 2.70% which isn't awful all things considered, during these times.

Today I've gotten 2 emails about are you still interested, how can we make this deal happen lol. Anyone get any of those today?

I get 2 a day. My wife and I were looking at 2020 Exploders for her and the emails keep pouring in.

One of my coworkers got a badass AT4. I like it.

Yeah when we went to look at 2020 Explorers that's when I found out they don't do 0%/84mo on 2020's and won't combine the no payment offer with 0%/84mo for any vehicle. This dealership was full to the rafters with vehicles sitting and I only saw 1 other customer on the lot at the time. I told my wife don't worry, soon they'll be giving this shit away just to makes sales. Be patient.

Which dealer?

My opinion is "deals" will get better. It'll be tough to get the average person to commit to 84 months even at 0% when unemployment and uncertainty continues to increase each day.

Which dealer?

Whats interesting to me is that each dealership says different things, some combine 0% 84 with 3-6 months and some say you cant combine. I think they really arent sure how to apply it all correctly.

It will be harder because they wont qualify for the loan.

even if it does aren't people making a plug and play resistor to disable it without requiring a tune? Pretty sure it can be disabled with Forscan as well
Yes they are making plugs for them to disable them.

I know some of them apply the 3 months no payments along with the 0/84. The ones advertising "no payments until 2021" are using a combination of 3 months deferred payments, 3 months of payments made by the dealership, and 3 months of payments paid by Ford. They're not combining that offer with the 0/84.
