I’d definitely pass on possum and the turtle soup. My father got hep A from eating turtle soup that wasn’t prepared properly. Gator and rattlesnake are delicious!

There is a restaurant in Mobile, AL called Felix's Fish Camp that has the best turtle soup I've ever had. Gotta make reservations since the place is always full. Some of the best seafood I've ever had too.
