Difference between fuel lines between years?

I was looking to buy some used stainless fuel lines for a great price locally from a 1994 mustang v6. I did a quick googling, and it looks like sites that sell stainless lines list two different part #s for 94/95 and 96/98 (no mention of v6, gt, or cobra specific, that I've seen). Can anyone confirm or deny differences between 94/95 fuel lines compared to 96-98 fuel lines? If so, specifically which line(s) is different?

94/95 was still using the 5.0 with a return fuel system, 96/97 was the 4.6 with return style, 98 was 4.6 with a hybrid return less system

do you know if the lines from the tank go right to the fuel rail, or if a line connects the supply/return lines to the rail? I only need to replace the supply/return/vapor lines from the tank. Just don't know if they go right to the rail or not, which would obviously be different for different engines (I'd guess).

So looking into this a bit, I can cut and replace sections of fuel line. I thought lines had to be replaced in full, hence looking for full lines. But if I can cut out the bad part of the line and put a flare fitting on the good part, I will likely do that for the supply, vapor, and return lines. I only have 1-2' of each line that looks suspect (I'm up above the diff doing the rear brake lines, and looking at the fuel lines makes me a little uneasy, though they aren't leaking). So I think I can cut and flare existing line, and replace all the lines around the tank and filter with braided line with AN fittings. Any thoughts welcome.
