New Jersey security guard arrested over licensed gun, legal ammo!

I read this news report this morning. This security guard has not been able to work because he was wrongly arrested. His life is turned upside down. NJ has some of the toughest gun laws in the country, and when you couple that with cops who have issues understanding the state's huge, complex gun restrictions, this can be the result.

well its NJ, one of the most corrupt states in the union...the cops there are like East German Stasi.....

I guess. But you know as well as I do that there are a lot of places in Texas where LE has a reputation and are willing to “throw the book” at someone in hopes they don’t fight the BS charges.

The article didn't mention anything about sexual assault at the hands of the male officer.

Please don't lump all of Virginia into that cesspool. 85% of Virginia is ****ed because of the 15% that is called Northern Virginia. The rest of us are normal.
