I sold my black TF chicanes and now have black ccw classics and I don’t like the stepped lip either. I’d love another set of TF Chicanes again.

I didn’t know he went out of business. I’ve got a set of the “ SVT 10th anniversary “ wheels he made! I forgot what he called them. Just collecting dust lol

True Forged is no longer in business. I believe Steve sold the company and has moved on to other things. Hope that helps.

I've always wondered 2 things about him selling the company. 1 who did he sell it too and 2 why aren't they putting out his wheel designs like in a different name or something.

some other company does make the wheels but without the engravings, I just can't remember the name of the company

Love True Forged products and think Steve is a great person. I am not faulting him for his career/life changes. But I would be hesitant to purchase a product that cannot be replaced. Especially a wheel that can easily be damaged. Just my $.02.
Again, not a slam on Steve or True Forged.

Didn't read all the replies before posting so if this was mentioned I apologise.
I would at least buy 1 extra front wheel and 1 extra rear for that very reason!
I agree though with not purchasing something that can't be replaced IMHO.

Boze like mentioned and they will custom engrave whatever you want on the center caps if that's the engraving you were referring to.
