Here's all my notes on all that stuff. Please correct me if I'm wrong or something's not right anyone

Supercharger Boost & Vacuum Hoses

PORTS ON INTAKE ELBOW OF SUPERCHARGER

4 PORTS BEHIND BLOWER.

  1. First big port (INTAKE SIDE) is for EVAP (can cap this on blower IF your EVAP is deleted).
  2. Top/middle port (INTAKE SIDE) is for AIR LINES that serve blendor (heater) & Air line that goes to EVAP Canister Purge Valve (this is the canister up in front passenger fenderwell that all your EVAP is connected to).
  3. Middle port (INTAKE SIDE) is for PCV (this was a hose that screwed into threaded hole of the bottom of your lower intake manifold). You deleted PCV so you capped the blower port AND the lower intake manifold hole.
  4. Bottom port (BOOST SIDE) which is port that's connected/tied with the lower intake manifold -This is POST SUPERCHARGER AKA YOUR BOOST (hence your boost gauge/FPR/boost solenoid/FRPS (Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor).

Sorry there are 7 pages and i did not read all the way through. The 3.4L is great for built motors. If you havent looked into the new Gen 5 3.0L it is sounding like the sweet spot for these cars. Takes a lot less power to spin with the new design and will be easier on the motor. Should make as good or better power and not have the motor work as hard. Just a thought. Either way excited to see it all come together!

Update: Pretty good progress so far. here's a recap of what I have done so far:

Installed Comp Cams Stage III cams, Comp beehive springs, and retainers. Installed ARP 2000 series head studs. Cobra engineering secondary tensioner, TFS cam bolts, L&M engines adjustable secondary cam sprocket, Comp Cams adjustable cam gears, and degreed the cams according to Comps specs on the cam card.

I have reinstalled the valve covers, deleted the PCV system (installed K&N breathers but may go to a catch can depending on smell), deleted the EGR, reinstalled the timing cover, got all the pulleys on (including Metco stock size lower with stock tensioner with Metco tensioner brace & Metco snub idler). I am going to run the Metco lower setup even though there has been some problems with them on a 3.4. I am using the stock tensioner, don't race the car, and will most likely go to a caged setup once someone releases it. For the occasional 2-3 pull on the highway I don't think I have anything to worry about with the crank snout.

For the fuel system I purchased the Lethal return system with 2 Walbro 465's, and FIC1000 injectors. Supercharger is installed and have the fuel system plumbed and ready to attach the FPR and run the lines to the back of the car. the Lethal kit is nice, I really like the quality of the coated PTFE lines.

For the blower I found a reworked inlet done by HPP that will utilize my Accufab single blade TB. So while this is not a crusher should be much better breathing then the standard inlet.

Only big issue I ran into is that I snapped a lower intake bolt & got cross threaded, I had pull the blower off and drill out the bolt, retap and use a bigger bolt. Also I didn't realize the supercharger came dry assembled and I had to pull the blower back off, pull the lower blower plate off to install the o rings, gaskets while I was fixing the snapped lower intake bolt. Getting the blower set down into place was a pain at first. I ended up shredding a new set of intake gaskets trying to drop the blower into place. I figured out that I needed to remove the plastic firewall cover and windshield cowl ( I ended up cracking the cowl and had to order a new one) to make enough room to drop the blower into place.

Whats left to do: I needed to order and install a new battery tray (old one was cracked pretty good), figure out what supercharger belt size I need and order that, drain and drop the fuel tank to install the pumps, wire up the fuel pumps, run the feed & return fuel lines, mount the fuel pressure regulator, and top off the fluids / do oil change. Also I'm not sure if I'm going to install k-member spacers, or notch the hood, or both to make the 3.4 fit under the stock hood with a 3.5 pulley.

Once I'm back together I will drop in a base tune, fill up with E85 and fire it up. Cross my fingers and hope for no leaks anywhere. Before I get it to the shop for the tune, I'll need to get a better set of rear tires as I'm rolling on stock F1's lol.

Once I get to the dyno plan is to run the stock lower size pulley with the 3.5 upper to see where that puts me. From there if everything is looking good and I'm not maxing out injector I'll change to a smaller upper and go for it. Also I'll have them do a 93 tune using the 3.5 upper and a smaller lower pulley to keep boost reasonable. I have 2 gas stations right by my house with E85 but If I ever take the car anywhere for a cruise or something I'll want a safe 93 tune as well. We're getting there!

Badass! Look for this guy on Instagram for a caged lower. I believe he JUST finished his design within the past month and he's now selling them. If I hadn't got a 4# caged lower just before this I would have definitely picked one of these up. I circled it in yellow, it uses the metco rings too.

Got ya.. I've heard mixed reviews on big 3 racing so I decided to pass.. I'd like to get mine out to Kurgan or Wicked Motorsports in NJ but its too hard to make the trip.

I planned to take it to CRT but I guess he retired. Some guy in Columbus comes highly recommened but again, its kinda far. Cleveland is close...I wish there were some top notch options there.

I'll look in to Dave Guy

I take that back, just seen they are saying $1499 MSRP.
There discussing it in the 4lb Caged Lower thread a few down from this thread on the last couple pages.
